Open fencing on Memorial Day, upcoming events.
Memorial Day Practice
This Monday, we WILL be open, but it will not be a usual practice. There will be NO lessons and NO footwork- just open fencing! Come and get a good workout fencing other members of the club. All of you National fencers: this is an especially good chance to come and put in some good fencing time! The more who come, the more people you can fence!
Fencing Knickers for National Fencers
Fencers who are attending Nationals: for the month of June, plan on wearing your fencing knickers to practice. The best way to practice is to fence the way you will at the tournament--this includes wearing knickers! Don't forget fencing socks as well!
FFFFF Night Upcoming
Our next FFFFF night is just 3 weeks away! For those who have never attended, this is our Friday Fencing Fun Food and Film Night, where we get together to do a little fencing, eat food, hang out and watch a movie! Feel free to bring a friend (although non-fencer friends are not allowed to fence!) and introduce them to the club! More details about the film and times to come, but put it on your calenders!
Iron Knight
The Iron Knight event is also upcoming; don't forget to sign up. This is a great event for ALL competitive fencers, and the more members who sign up, the more people we will attract from other clubs. Sign-up Now!
